  What 1 year makes a difference from going to the Como Pub today for lunch. Staff not friendly. In fact was told off by one female staff member while I was at the bar when we first arrived to buy a drink. Very very rude. I don't think we will ever come back to this pub if that is the kind of service we are going to receive.

  We arrived at 5:20pm and as we walked in the waitress barked at us, "Closed, closed", I had to ask, "what time do you open?", she responds "5:30pm" so we stood in the sun and heat by the front door for another 10 min.... ( she could have offered to "come in an take a seat for 10 min to get out of the heat and ordering would start soon") - no one else in the restaurant, and we wanted to sit out on the balcony, the undocumented waitress was rude and sat us at a table we didn't want to sit at, when I asked if we could be moved she barked back "NO, this for you!" in her broken english. The food was tasty but I won't come back to a place that has rude customer service, because it ruined the whole experience for us.
